​Trained as an actor, extensive work over four decades

ranges from directing West End theatre

and writing long-running plays 

to coaching actors on film sets, advising on casting

and now directing for film.

As an actor he has worked with

Sir Derek Jacobi and The Chuckle Brothers

but sadly, not at the same time.

RECENTLY...

Collaborated on the screenplay of Robin Maugham's 

THE WRONG PEOPLE, now in post production.

His debut feature, EXECUTIONER (based on his thriller, DEADLOCK)

will be released in July 2026 and the short, MY BEST FRIENDS

(premiered at Frightfest) is screening in various horror festivals.

In idle moments and when not signing fan photos

following a two minute appearance in the DR WHO Xmas Special,

he records satirical songs on YouTube,

one of which has had over 60,000 views.
